Leon Boyd Swartz

Over 15 years' experience in the design, facilitation and execution of strategic business realignment, transformation and leadership solutions — including extensive facilitation work with boards and senior teams.

Prior to founding Siete, Leon was Client Service Director for an international virtual business school, working with client organisations across many industries, locally and internationally. He then served as senior global OD consultant to an international ICT company, designing and delivering the "people elements" of an organisation-wide change and strategic realignment process spanning 35+ countries.

Rural African education, as it stands today, is not producing digitally literate individuals — nor effectively engaging learners in the skills required for the 21st-century workplace. Siete is a benefactor of the Good Work Foundation, a registered NGO working with grassroots education in Africa since 2003.
GWF's vision is a sustainable model of learning for rural African communities — digitally powered, online, delivering world-class education and career training through community-driven digital learning centres of excellence.
